Thane has been in the real estate industry for almost a decade, obtaining his real estate license at the age of 22. After graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in finance, he worked as a research analyst for Cushman and Wakefield where he provided analytical support for business development opportunities, compiled data for general market reports, and created narratives for underlying trends.

He later worked for a family-owned commercial real estate investment company based out of Phoenix, where he assisted in the analysis and management of a wide variety of potential and existing commercial investments.
