Kyle "KG" Gardner has been in real estate since he was 5 years old, helping his Dad with rental properties, property management and home building. He received a degree in Accounting and previously worked for publicly traded real estate firms, specializing in tax planning for residential rental properties. 

Kyle owns and manages Gardner Dávila Construction, remodeling homes and developing single family and multifamily homes from the ground up. He loves to serve his clients that are buying and selling homes as well as those needing home development.

Kyle also enjoys working with new agents and investors to help them achieve their goals. When he's not hands on with a project, he enjoys brainstorming with his friends on how to improve the industries they serve.
